this loft
this place where love waited
to fill its vast space with us
where closets filled
over spilled with us
this place where love came
together where two became we
where pictures blend
with love words penned
this place where love lives
where noise outside
turns to music inside
where abiding love dances
in the kitchen
where pots boil over
where you spoil me
with soups and chilly
where silly laughter happens
where tears spill over
where loving arms embrace
where I hear my name
where we first came together
in this large loving space
